Q: Does the subscription start straight away? A: When paying via PayPal, your payment is processed at the time you enter your details. However, your Subscription will start from the time I receive the notification from PayPal and send you the confirmation details which will include your assigned username and password. Please let me know if you have a specific username and/or password you would prefer to use.
Q: Can I choose my own username and password? A: Yes, you can. Please contact me with your preferred username and password, otherwise you will be assigned a username and password.
Q: Help, it says user not recognised! A: The username and password are case sensitive. Don't use capitals if your original username and password are in lower case.
Q: How do I change my username? A: Simply contact me with your preferred username and password and I will change it as soon as possible.
