Napoléon's Book of Fate is the divination tool used by Napoléon himself. By asking the oracle one of the 32 predetermined questions, Napoléon gained insight into coming events.

The Book of Fate was discovered in Leipzig after the defeat of Napoléon's Armies there. It was found in his Cabinet of Curiosities, which had been left behind in all the confusion after the battle. The text, which was written in German, was a translation from a hieroglyphic manuscript discovered in an Royal Egyptian Tomb near Mount Libycus in Upper Egypt in 1801 during Napoléon's expedition there.
